This year, the third General Assembly will be chaired by the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the General Assembly, a press conference will be held at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
