West African Development Bank
The West African Development Bank (WADB) is the joint development finance institution of the States of the West African Monetary Union. It was created by an agreement signed on 14 November 1973. BOAD became operational in 1976. The member states are: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo. www.boad.org/en
